I’ve never been too good with biographies, largely because I prefer to do something rather than talk about it.
I have a passion for engineering and coding. There is nothing more exciting than bringing a piece of machinery to life and telling it what to do. I strive to increase the standards of the PLC industry through proper encapsulation and following the IEC-61131 standard as close as possible. I also strive in my own business to follow the CSIA standards as closely as possible. I’ve seen too many controls projects go awry through a combination of poor planning and execution. To mitigate that, I’ve been a member of PMI since 2017 and have been teaching myself project management skills to compliment my engineering skills.
I like to be thorough and detailed in all that I do. When working with me, expect a document trail that is quite large. If anybody needs to pick up a project after me, they will have more than enough information through that document trail to know what to do.
