Hayes Industrial Controls Services, L.L.C. believes in open and fair pricing. Nothing is more frustrating than not knowing what something will cost. Many service providers hide their rates until requested in order to prevent others from undercutting their prices. However, I believe in transparency in pricing to everyone, even if it lets potential competitors know my prices. I offer both fixed price projects and T&E projects. Below you will notice that the T&E rates are split into two categories, End User and Machine Builder/System Integrator. This is because my philosophy is not to compete with Builders and Integrators but rather work with them. Therefore, End User pricing will always be different, and higher, than pricing for Builders.

Notes:
- Overtime is billed after 8-hours of contiguous work, after written permission is granted by the customer; travel time does not count towards overtime calculations.
- A 10% premium may be applied to onsite services outside of Michigan
- Any material procurement by Hayes Industrial Controls Services, L.L.C., for the project will have a 25% markup.
- Mileage will be billed per the current IRS Standard Mileage Rates.
- A standard 15% markup will occur for all travel expenses, excluding hourly rate for travel.
- Travel time is charge at a flat rate of $50.00 per hour, rounded up to the nearest 0.5 hour increment.
- Standard price T&E projects are billed weekly with NET 15 terms.
- Hayes Industrial Controls Services, L.L.C., reserves the right to modify all rate schedules based on project requirements and/or market conditions. For the latest update, please contact HICS-LLC directly. Any changes to the rate schedule will be announced to current customers at least one month in advance and will not apply to ongoing projects.
Emergency Pricing:
- Emergency pricing occurs for services that are required with less than 72 hours’ notice.
- Emergency calls require a non-refundable $500.00 deposit which will go towards the hourly cost of the service.
- All services for emergency prices are charged at $300.00 per hour; travel time remains billed at a flat rate of $50.00 per hour.
- If the total cost of the emergency service is over $500.00, the remaining balance will be billed upon the conclusion of the service with DUE UPON RECEIPT terms.

Loyalty Tiers
If you provide me with enough work, then the cost of doing business with me begins to lower over time. I appreciate repeat business as much as anyone else and like to reward it by lowering your overall cost of doing business with me! Below are the three loyalty tiers you can potentially achieve.
- Provides a 5% discount on total price for T&M projects. This discount is also applied to hourly rates when fixed price project quotes are made.
- Loyalty Tier 1 is achieved after providing 480 hours of work within a 2-year period.
- To maintain Tier 1 status, a minimum of 120 hours of work within a 1-year period is required. If the minimum is not obtained, you will be reverted to standard pricing.
- Projects are billed weekly with NET 15 terms.
- Provides a 10% discount on total price for T&M projects. This discount is also applied to hourly rates when fixed price project quotes are made.
- Loyalty Tier 2 is achieved after reaching loyalty Tier 1 and providing an additional 480 hours of work within a 2-year period.
- To maintain Tier 2 status a minimum of 80 hours of work in a 1-year period is required. If the minimum is not obtained, you will be reverted to tier 1 pricing.
- Projects are billed weekly with NET 15 terms.
- Provides a 15% discount on the total price for T&M projects. This discount is also applied to hourly rates when fixed price project quotes are made.
- Loyalty Tier 3 is achieved after reaching loyalty Tier 2 and providing an additional 480 hours of work within a 2-year period.
- To maintain Tier 3 status, a minimum of 40 hours of work in a 1-year period is required. If the minimum is not obtained, you will be reverted to tier 2 pricing.
- Projects are billed weekly with NET 30 terms.
